Hope4Hearts operates from a strengths perspective and has therapists trained in a variety of different interventions such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy Techniques, to name a few.
MH seems to have it all together on the outside with a great career, a nice home, a new car, and a loving family. But MH still seems to feel like things just are not right with them. We will help MH develop the skills to help them find out what is getting in the way of them appreciating the present.
