Group Counseling

A larger support group will meet with our trained mental health therapist in a confidential environment.

What is Group Counseling?

During group counseling a group of around 6-8 people at once will meet with a therapist to talk openly about their feelings and concerns. Members of these groups are typically encouraged to listen and express thoughtful and honest feedback to their peers. The idea behind this is to have a support group that can meet regularly, giving the people involved some structure, guidance, and a sense of community.
